Before your course starts

There are a few things you need to prepare before your course begins. Make sure you know when and where your course starts, how to register and where to find information about your studies.

View your course information

Read the information specific to your course, including the course start and other important. You can find information on how and when to confirm your place, as well as contact details, in your welcome letter or on your course page via liu.se/utbildning.听

Once you have access to Lisam, Link枚ping University's learning platform, you can find your emails, course rooms and collaboration areas. Lisam is also where you register for courses and exams.

Check your course timetable

Search your timetables in the Timetable database. Go to , search for your courses and add them to your timetable. In the LiU-app there is a function that helps you create a schedule subscription.

Please note that schedule changes can be made, sometimes with short notice!

Prepare for studying at LiU

Start preparing for your studies by checking the practical information for your course. If you are moving to study at LiU, you can start looking for accommodation, as well as checking your timetable and course literature.

You can find course-specific information in your welcome letter, usually sent by email or through University Admissions, or on your course webpage. Find your course webpage here. Make sure you know what applies at the start of your course and how to register to keep your place.
