Besides more traditional bibliometric indicators, I also analyse open access publishing and mentions in other types of media 鈥� altmetrics.
The data I collect about the university鈥檚 publications, their metadata, is of course useful for other purposes than bibliometrics. In my work, I use such metadata in our internal systems at the library, as well as in different projects, for example visualizing different aspects of research.
