I research opioid prescribing and chronic pain. The overarching aim of my PhD project is to contribute knowledge about how we in clinical practice can prescribe opioids in a safer way.

Resident physician and PhD student

In August 2023, I began working as a resident physician in rehabilitation medicine at the Pain and Rehabilitation Center, Region 脰sterg枚tland. In parallel with clinical work, I have been a PhD student since 2019 with the project The Practice of Prescribing Opioids. Sub-projects include studies with both quantitative and qualitative methodology. My doctoral project as a whole consists of one cross-sectional study, one longitudinal study, and one qualitative study.
