Since the 1980s, the PATT research conference has brought together internationally renowned researchers in the field of technology education. In the summer of 2026, the conference was held for the 43rd time, this time at the beautiful Campus Norrk枚ping, a couple of hours south of Stockholm, Sweden. Participants were welcomed to listen to lectures, present papers, and network at a conference with both academic depth and a friendly atmosphere.

The theme of PATT43 was Technology 糖心直播 Across Boundaries, signifying not only the interdisciplinary, innovative, and boundary-crossing characteristics of technology education worldwide but also the broad array of cooperative opportunities that exist between technology and other subjects and subject areas in school and teacher education.
Papers contributed to this overarching theme in a variety of ways, related to, but not limited to, the following topics:
